Application area

For all orders via our online shop, the following terms and conditions apply.

Contracting party, conclusion of the contract

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially put our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your records at any time before submitting your order. The contract is concluded by accepting the offer for the goods contained in the cart by clicking on the “Buy” button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation via email.

Contract language, archiving of the contract text

The language available for the contract is Italian.
The text of the contract will not be saved by us.

Delivery conditions

In addition to the prices of the products indicated, shipping costs are added.

Damaged shipment

If you receive packages that are visibly damaged by the courier (packages broken or visibly stained by leaks from any bottles or other broken containers) you can do the following:

• If there are multiple packages, return the damaged package to the sender by signing the courier's note "With Reserve". We will then take care of returning the damaged package and sending it back to you.
• However, if it is a single package shipment, reject the shipment to the sender and, as before, we will take care of the return and restoration of the shipment.

Any shipping costs for returning the damaged package to the sender and returning the new one are completely at our expense.

In the event that the broken product is out of stock, you will be contacted for a possible replacement; if you do not find any replacement product, the sums paid will be refunded.

Shipping

A shipping fee is required. The amount of shipping costs is always indicated and visible at the time of the purchase process.
Shipping costs and any other additional costs, including VAT and expressed in Euros (€), will be expressly and separately indicated in the order form before the User proceeds with the transmission of the same. The price of the products published on the Site may be modified without notice, it being understood that the price charged to the User will be that indicated on the product sheet at the time the order is sent by the User.

Payment

In our online shop you can use the following payment methods:

Bank transfer

If you select the payment method with bank transfer, we will provide our bank details by email and we will deliver the goods only after receiving payment

PayPal

As part of the PayPal payment service, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can specify your payment details, confirm PayPal's use of your data and payment instructions to PayPal.
If you have chosen the PayPal payment method, you will have to pay the amount of your order by registering with the PayPal payment service. The payment transaction will be processed automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment order. You will receive further information during the order process.

Credit card

If you have chosen the payment method credit card, the payment transaction will be processed by your card company. The debit will take place immediately after confirmation of the payment order and after your confirmation as the legitimate cardholder. You will receive further information during the order process.
