Booking and Cancellation Terms

Dear guestsPlease read the booking rules below carefully. Each reservation, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for the person making the booking and for all other subjects mentioned in the same, including minors.

Reservation:

You can send an availability request and wait for our response. Alternatively, you can book online by following the instructions available on our website www.agriturismovaianino.it

 Following your request, you will be sent a (non-binding) offer. The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after our written communication reporting the total price of the stay and after the payment of the deposit, to be made within 3 days of our confirmation. If payment is not made within the required time, the reservation is considered null and void.

The reservation becomes binding for AGRITURISMO VAIANINO only upon receipt of a copy of the payment receipt of the confirmatory deposit or the credit card details on which to make the authorized withdrawal. Send copy of payment via email info@agriturismovaianino.it

At this point AGRITURISMO VAIANINO will undertake to send the customer a confirmation email and the customer will have to show their booking summary at the time of check-in. Confirmation of your booking implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the aforementioned confirmation data and to inform us of any anomaly as soon as possible. The communication must be received no later than 4 days from receipt of the same. After this deadline we decline any responsibility for any inaccuracies.

Upon arrival it is mandatory to present an identification document for each person.

To make changes to the booking it is necessary to contact AGRITURISMO VAIANINO, which will do everything possible to satisfy the request. In case of moving the booking to a period for which the price is higher than the amount paid, the customer is required to pay the difference.

In the months of July and August (peak season) bookings are accepted only for a minimum period of 1 week or multiples thereof.

Payment:

General conditions:

The payment of a confirmation deposit (excluding tourist tax and optional services) is required no later than 3 days from the booking confirmation date. In case of failure to receive the deposit by the dates indicated, the reservation is void.

Only in the case of a long-term stay, of one week or two or three weeks, payment of the balance (excluding tourist tax and optional services) may be required no later than 20 days from the check-in date, depending on the plan price list and unless otherwise indicated with the customer and described in the booking; in case of non-payment of the balance, the reservation will be cancelled. If the balance of the reservation is due on arrival, as may be described in the reservation, the balance of the reservation must be paid upon arrival.

The amount of the confirmation deposit is equal to 100% of the amount of the stay up to 3 nights (the "short stay"), while for longer stays the 30% of the total amount. (The “long stay” is a stay of one week or two weeks or more weeks); as required by the civil code in art. 1385, will not be returned in case of cancellation or no-show.
Any extras must be paid before leaving.

Pre-authorization:

Agriturismo Vaianino reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before the customer's arrival by requesting a pre-authorization from the circuit to which it belongs. With the Agriturismo Vaianino pre-authorization, the temporary availability of the total amount of the stay, or part of it, is guaranteed to ensure that the credit card is valid. NO AMOUNT IS COLLECTED. The pre-authorization expires automatically 20 days after the requested date and the amount is released. In the event of a pre-authorisation with a negative outcome, the customer will be notified and the booking will be cancelled. In this case Agriturismo Vaianino will have no obligation towards the customer.

EXTENDING OF STAY:

The extension of the stay requires an additional reservation, and is subject to availability and/or rate changes.

CITY TAX

From 1 April 2012, the Municipality of Gambassi Terme has introduced the tourist tax and the amount of the tax for this accommodation facility is Euro 1.50 per person per night to be paid on departure in cash. The tax applies for a maximum of 6 continuous nights per person; an exception is made for disabled people and children under 14 years of age.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any booking cancellation must be communicated in writing or by following the instructions on our website www.agriturismovaianino.it. For cancellation conditions, please refer to your booking confirmation.
In case of cancellation or modifications within 21 days prior to the check-in date, the deposit will not be refunded, but we offer you a voucher for a future stay equal to the value of the original confirmation deposit, to be used within the next year to flexibly change the dates of your stay. The voucher is valid for bookings up to and including December 20th. For cancellations or changes after the aforementioned deadline you will NOT be offered a voucher for a future stay.

In the case of reservations with payment of the balance within 20 days of the arrival date, any cancellation of the reservation that occurs any day before the arrival date and for any reason does not give the right to any partial or total refund of the balance of the amount paid.

If your reservation was made within 20 days before check-in with your credit card as a guarantee, in case of cancellation within 5 days of the arrival date, you will be charged 50% of the total amount of the booked stay on the credit card given as guarantee. This cancellation policy is not valid for short stays up to 3 nights with payment of the 100% deposit of the total amount, NON-REFUNDABLE.

No refund is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and is therefore required to pay the entire booked stay.

NO SHOW: (NO-SHOW)

For any type of booking, in the event of a no-show, all amounts already paid will be retained, both as a deposit and as a balance, or the cost of the stay will be charged to the credit card, given as a guarantee.

FORCE MAJEURE CAUSES

Agriturismo VAIANINO declines all responsibility for disservices due to lack of supplies, accidental breakdowns of equipment or other causes of force majeure. We decline all responsibility for damage caused by other guests, wild animals, atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases and thefts.
