Castagnaccio
This is the pan with the chestnut. It's really very simple to make and here are the ingredients:
- 250 gr. of chestnut flour
- water as needed
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- pine nuts, sultanas and chopped walnuts
- rosemary
We mix the flour with water and a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil; the quantity of water must be sufficient to obtain a non-solid mixture. Add a handful of pine nuts, a handful of sultanas already soaked, and two spoonfuls of chopped walnuts.
Pour the 1cm thick mixture into the baking tray, already lined with baking paper. sprinkling the surface with rosemary.
Also distribute a drizzle of oil over the top. Bake at 180° for approximately 30 minutes.
