Domenico Attanasio è da oltre 20 anni un appassionato cercatore di tartufi e vi introdurrà nell'affascinante mondo della ricerca e raccolta dei tartufi nel bosco delle colline di San Gimignano. L'incontro è previsto alle ore 9:30 nel parcheggio della Coop di San Gimignano e da lì con le proprie auto si raggiungerà il vicino bosco; dopo una breve introduzione sul tartufo, sui cani tartufai e sul loro addestramento, inizierà l'esperienza di ricerca.
