The apartment or indipendent house Olivo is the annex of the historic house Vaianino, on the ground floor and is conposed of: entrance hall, living room with double sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen, a bathroom, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. The completely independent apartment is without steps and has a large garden and private pergola equipped with wooden table and chairs. The apartment has an exposed ceiling with chestnut wooden trusses and terracotta bricks and Florentine terracotta flooring.
